This product is amazing and completely natural. I used the exfoliator to slough off eczema that broke out on two of my fingers. The itchiness, redness and scaliness that I had been battling for months with various moisturizers and creams (only to see it spread) cleared up in under two weeks when I exfoliated each night and then moisturized. The skin on my hand is perfectly smooth now, and I am able to wear my wedding ring again.
